TINTON FALLS, NJ – December 12, 2017 – Today, Compassion-First Pet Hospitals announced Val Washington has joined the family of animal hospitals as the Vice President of Customer Development. Since its inception, Compassion-First Pet Hospitals has been committed to elevating referring veterinarian relationships. With the addition of Washington, Compassion-First will further enhance their ongoing partnership between specialists and referring veterinarians.
Washington is a tenured animal health professional with more than 22 years of experience in the industry. Most recently, she led the Hill’s Pet Nutrition veterinary sales force in the eastern region, building relationships with more than 11,000 veterinarians and technicians. Her role will include overseeing the Referral Relationship Managers, and she will be responsible for developing the strategic approach to optimizing those relationships most critical to specialists and the referring community.
