Compassion-First Pet Hospitals Recognizes Veterinary Client Service Representatives with a Week of Appreciation

TINTON FALLS, NEW JERSEY, November 30, 2018 – Compassion-First Pet Hospitals, a family of well-known and respected specialty, emergency, and general medicine veterinary hospitals across the United States, is proud to recognize the more than 280 veterinary customer service representatives who commit themselves to serving on the front lines of pet care at more than 41 hospitals across 13 states with an inaugural Client Service Representative Appreciation Week on January 21-25.

Hospitals across the country recognize the importance of veterinary client service representatives, as they are much more than customer service representatives. On any given day, a client service representative can play many roles from a first responder and therapist to teacher and accountant. They can also be mediators, discharge techs as well as sales associates.

“Our Veterinary Client Service Representatives take care of clients in all circumstances, especially those less positive moments,” says Karen Widero, Director of Client Experience at Compassion-First Pet Hospitals. “They are truly unsung heroes who deserve recognition.”

Compassion-First will be celebrating the CSRs all week with various tokens of appreciation from the hospital leadership and a luncheon to recognize the critical support provided in the client experience effort.

Widero encourages other hospitals to celebrate the week as well, “Our hope is to formalize this week and make it official, so that all Veterinary CSRs across the country are recognized for their commitment to pet care and their passion for ensuring the clients are always taken care of.”
