As racial inequities and tensions have gripped the nation, our leadership realizes that there is much more we can do to foster diversity within our family of hospitals, and throughout the veterinary field as a whole.

The Compassion-First Pet Hospitals Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Task Force is constantly developing concrete initiatives and goals to ensure that our actions line up with our principles. We strive to impact educational opportunities, inclusion training, community support and more.
