We assign a dedicated liaison to each referring practice to ensure that our referring veterinarians’ needs are being met, to keep them informed about new specialties and services, and to make introductions to our specialists.
Our procedures are designed to promote transparency and cooperation between our practices and referring veterinarians. An auto-fax system allows us to immediately notify rDVMs when their patients are in our care. We provide ongoing daily updates, along with a comprehensive, final report of care with discharge instructions.
Our on-site Lunch & Learn events enable us to nurture relationships with referring veterinarians while we share updates about new services, procedures and equipment. We also offer training in best practices as well as Continuing Education courses for rDVMs and technicians.
